Savage Syndicate is a loyalty program designed to reward participants who run in two or more events within a single calendar year (this means between January 1 and December 31 of the same year). After you qualify, you can pick up your own Syndicate medal and state pins onsite at your qualifying race. Then you can peacock around the festival area showing off the goods. You earned it! The Syndicate medals are HUGE, and the state pins are pretty sick too. Trust us, people will notice.
Savage Juniors always have the most fun, and it shows! Whether they are flying over hurdles, trampling through mud, or careening through walls of foam, the smiles are never ending. What better way to make the most of an amazing day with Savage parents than to conquer 10+ Junior-size Savage obstacles of their own? From the youngest to the fastest, we have a friendly and challenging course for your Savage Junior. Each wave is monitored by friendly and enthusiastic staff, and parents are encouraged to come out and play!
At each start time, there will be two waves. The first wave is a 1/3 mile course designed for our younger Savages (8 and under). The second wave is a 1 mile course with more and larger obstacles, and is restricted to ages 9 & over. Once cleared, the course is open to retries and for younger Savages to try if they have supervision!
Rachel is an endurance athlete, mother of three, and wife of an Army Veteran who is currently living in Lithia, Florida. Rachel fell in love with Obstacle Course Racing back in 2014. That passion has blossomed into a career she loves at Savage Race. Her favorite Savage Race Obstacle is Wheel World. It takes the right technique to master, it’s tons of fun, and still a challenging obstacle. On race day you can find Rachel directing volunteers, ensuring volunteers and staff have a lunch for the day, being in exactly 82 places at once, or cheering on Savage Race finishers!
